I am unable to access quikbooks via the mobile app promted with unable to access on attempt to login in how do i do this ?

Let me share some basic troubleshooting steps so you can access your account through the mobile app. Let's start with resetting the app. 

 

Here's how: 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Reset App Data.

 

After that, log out and sign back into your account. If you're still unable to access it, I recommend uninstall and reinstall the application again. Refer to this link to install the app or visit the Apple store website. Additionally, make sure you're running 4.1 Android OS or later.

 

To install, long-press the app icon then tap the Trash bin or Uninstall.

Tried to demonstrate app to client but when trying to log in get "Unable to resolve host". Client very impressed that you cannot even get into the app! Need this sorted before he goes onto Xero!

Hi Littlerich, thanks for joining this thread - this error is usually associated with the network connection, do you receive the same error when accessing the app on both Wi-Fi and when using mobile data? 🧐
