Let me share some basic troubleshooting steps so you can access your account through the mobile app. Let's start with resetting the app.
Here's how:
- Go to Help.
- Select Reset App Data.
After that, log out and sign back into your account. If you're still unable to access it, I recommend uninstall and reinstall the application again. Refer to this link to install the app or visit the Apple store website. Additionally, make sure you're running 4.1 Android OS or later.
To install, long-press the app icon then tap the Trash bin or Uninstall.
