Question

I am unable to change my payment details through Apple so have cancelled my subscription.I would like to pay directly, can someone provide me with amethod of doing this?

Hello Community users, 

we just wanted to pop in and add an update to this thread. We do apologise that this post has not been picked up till now. If you wish to cancel your subscription payment via Apple or Android you can cancel within the billing settings with Apple or GooglePlay billing and once that is done you can transfer the billing payment to QuickBooks direct.

If you wish to go through that with us you can call our care team on 08082345337 and we can help move the billing and advise how to set up a direct debit or card payment for future payments within the QuickBooks account.. We are not able to take payment for an existing subscription over the phone
