Question

I brought a subscription but when I try & add a new customer it says there is a prob with my subscription. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone, removing & replacing the app

  1. From the Menu ()tap the question mark icon at the upper-right corner of the page.
  2. Click on the Help & Support under the Help & Feedback page.
  3. Tap on Contact us under Help & Support.
  4. Type -in a short description of your concern under the What can we help you with? window, then click on Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with support.

 

Otherwise, follow the steps below to get in touch with us via browser:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon and choose Search.
  2. Click the Contact Us button and enter your concern.
  3. Press Continue.
