I can login thru PC but not thru my mobile app tried different phone same error on login, saying the your are experiencing technical difficulties and asking to try later.

I'll give some news about the login issue in the mobile app. 

 

We are aware of the issue where users are unable to log in to the mobile app. Currently, our engineers are working to bring the mobile app service back to normal as soon as possible. 

 

In the meantime, you'll want to log in to your PC. You can also use your mobile phone's browser as an alternative. 

 

I also recommend contacting our support agents so they can add you to the list of affected users. You will be receiving an email update about the issue. 

 

Here's how to reach them: 

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account using your PC. 
  2. Click the Help icon at the top right corner.
  3. Click the Contact Us button.
  4. In the box, enter "Cannot log in to the mobile app. Reference number: INV-54845."
  5. Proceed with Let's talk
  6. Choose how you want to speak with us (chat or phone).
