Lets make sure you'll be able to log in to your account, johnirvine63.

 

There are several reason why you're unable to sign into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. 

 

If you have been locked up because you've tried too many invalid attempts, you can try signing in with a phone number, email address or user ID after 15 minutes. 

 

If you've already changed your password and yet, you're still getting an error, you can clear the data so you can use the new password.
