Hi there, info-offgridsola.

I'm here to help you so you can access your account in QuickBooks Online.

Since you already paid the subscription, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to see if the issue is within your browser. In most cases, cache-induced browsers can affect the program's performance and be a reason you can't open your account. First, you can access your QBO account in an incognito or private browser. For easier access, you can refer to the shortcut keys below:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If this works, you can clear your browser to delete the unnecessary cache and start with a clean slate.

However, if the issue persists, you can reach our Customer Support to review your account and subscription securely to help you further. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Help (?), then select the Search tab.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Select the topic to connect with the right expert, or choose Ask about something else and provide a brief discussion of your concern.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat all day, M-F.
  • Call us. M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

In addition, once you've accessed your account, you might want to manage or update your subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

You're always welcome to comment below if you have other questions about managing your account and subscription in QuickBooks. We're here 24/7 and ready to lend you a hand. Have a wonderful day!
