Question

I can't cancel my quickbooks subscription at all. It doesn't show in account settings nor play store. Where can I cancel it?

I don't have a Billing and subscription option in the account and settings panel. When i go into play store subscriptions, there's no subscription in there.

You're already on the right track! I'm here to provide you information and help cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription.

 

If you signed up to QBO through Google Play Store, you can see your subscriptions by going to your Profile. Please refer to these steps on how to do it:

 

  1. Open your Play Store app, then click the Profile icon.
  2. Select Payments & subscriptions, then tick Subscriptions.
  3. Choose the QuickBooks Online app.
  4. On the Manage subscriptions window, hit Cancel subscription.
