I can’t log in to my QB desktop? Im not receiving confirmation code on my mobile.

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

can you try turning your mobile off and then on again and then try signing in to see if the code then gets sent to you. 

 

Also if you have the option try to get the code sent to your email rather than your phone so you can then access your account.
