I can’t log into app on iPad when try to sign in it just shows the rotating star but never gets beyond, working fine on phone and desktop

Let's run some steps to identify why you're unable to login on an application.

 

Clearing the app data helps fix some issues causes by stored cache . Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Menu ☰
  2. Select Help & Feedback
  3. Click Refresh Data
  4. Then select Refresh.
