I cancel my subscription a day after after I was billed for a whole month will I get a refund

In most cases, if you purchased a Quickbooks Desktop product or an annual subscription for Quickbooks Online, and it’s within 60 days of the purchase date, you’re eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee. For more details, please see this article: Intuit Return Policy.

 

I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They're equipped with tools to securely pull up your account and discuss the refund process. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Call us.

 

In case you'd like to access the same account and keep using all your existing accounting info in the future, you can easily resubscribe to QuickBooks Online.
