Question

I cannot access my QB account - I have activated the Accountant page - my account was there to start with, i've done something and it is gone. I just want to reset??

Added my company account
Could not access my company account directly to to the VAT
I've done something to either make it dormant/removed?
I have tried adding it again - wont work
I just want to cancel the Accountant page and go back to my original account.
Please help

To start with, can you please tell me if you receive any error messages accessing to your account? If you're having trouble with signing into your Intuit Account, you can perform a variety of troubleshooting steps depending on the specific issue you're experiencing. 

 

If you forgot your user ID and password, you can still access your account using your phone or email. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to our sign-in help page.
  2. Enter the phone number, email address, or user ID for your account.
  3. If you enter a phone number or email address, we’ll send you a text or email with a verification code. If you enter a user ID, choose which method you prefer.
  4. Enter the verification code we sent, or follow the instructions in the message. We may ask you for a little more info to make sure it’s really you.
  5. When prompted, reset your password. Or, you can select Skip.

If you're still unable to access to your QuickBooks account even after doing all the options, I recommend contacting our Phone Support Team. They can review your subscription and ensure you can access your account in no time. Here's how:

 

  1. Open your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Select Search, then press the Contact Us button.
  4. Enter your question in the box and hit Continue.
  5. Choose the best way you'll want to reach out to us.
