Question

I cant connect via my mobile app. It says 'cant connect to server'. I've already tried turning off and on again, reinstalling, changing password and network?

I appreciate your effort to troubleshoot the issues you're having about connectivity. I'd like to add some points to clarify the issue.

 

Are you trying to connect a bank account? You can sign in to QBO using a mobile browser or your computer browser to connect an account. However, I would still suggest contacting our QBO Support team so they can check why you're still having an error even if you've already reinstalled your app.

 

For bank accounts, I would also suggest logging in to your bank account's website to see if they have a maintenance or a setting in your account that you need to adjust. If you're able to log in, you can download your bank transactions and upload them to QuickBooks. Here's an article for your reference: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
