Question

I changed my password twice on Desktop log in and it still didn't work every time I try to log into my account. Help please.

Changing your password is a good start to resolve this problem, monlicious-bakin.

I can provide another troubleshooting steps that can fix this issue.  Let's start by opening a browser and log into QuickBooks Online to check it's working fine. Since QuickBooks app for Windows & Mac shares the same credentials with QBO, this process will help us isolate the issue.

 

If it's working fine, we can go back to your QuickBooks app and perform a reset app date to delete the junk files. Here's how:

  1. Click the Help menu at the top of the screen.
  2. Select the Reset App Data option from the drop-down menu.

If the same thing happens, I recommend connecting with our technical supports. This way, they can pull up your account in a secure session and run a series of tests to fix this issue.
