I'd like to cancel my subscription, but unable to call customer services due to a disability. How do I do it?

We're sorry to see you go, @info1973 . If QuickBooks Online isn't the right fit for you, we want to help you find the right tools. Here's how to cancel your subscription or trial.

 

1. Open a web browser on your computer, not a mobile device.
2.Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
3. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing

Note: If you don't see the Subscriptions and billing tab, then you bought QuickBooks through a mobile app store.
4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're cancelling a trial, select Cancel trial.
5. Follow the on-screen steps.

 

Please note, if you signed up through a mobile app store, you’ll need to go to your app store to cancel.
