I’d like to delete my account with QuickBooks please

We have a few steps on how to cancel your QuickBooks Online account, heritage-solutio.

Before doing the process, please make sure to pay the taxes and file the quarterly forms. Then, follow these steps to cancel:

1. Open the company you want to delete.
2. Click the Gear icon located in the upper right-hand corner, and select Account and Settings.
3. On the left panel, click the Billing & Subscription tab.
4. Click the Cancel link beside the Subscription status.
5. Follow the instructions to cancel the account.

After canceling the account, you will have read-only access for a year. This way, you can can export any reports that you need in Excel.
