Question

I get Access denied message when I try to login to my QBO account from my laptop whilst using VPN.It works ok from my iPhone (also whilst using VPN).

I have tried different browsers on my laptop, cleared cache, incognito mode etc. nothing appears to work.
I am also not able to speak to anyone from QB as I can’t sign in…

We can check if it's an internet connection-related issue, we can first try disconnecting and reconnecting your internet connection. This often resolves slow internet speed issues. If you're still experiencing problems, rebooting your router or modem may help. This can usually fix connectivity problems and improve a slow connection. Additionally, you may want to try switching to a different internet network if you're still having trouble with your usual network.

hello,

i appreciate your response, however, it is most certainly not my internet connection as it works perfectly well for everything else (including the access to QBO from my iPhone, video calls, films etc ).

 

i have tried following the link that you've provided to get further help, but having no luck as once i've described my problem, it simply takes me back to the login page of QBO and there is not much i can do from there. so it's extremely unhelpful.

 

i'm really keen to speak to somebody directly from the support team - either via a phone call or by email. Ideally by email because I’m abroad.

i'd appreciate your support on this matter as i need to urgently complete some tasks in QB and currently unable to do so.

Since we don't have any widespread issues, it is likely that the VPN is causing interference with the web login to QuickBooks on your laptop. If you have access to do so, please use the internet without the VPN connected.
