I have a full subscription active but won't let me add receipts says I need to renew even though active ?

I've checked our records and haven't seen any open cases the same as yours, James-nottsgarde.

 

You should be able to add receipts without any issues if your account is active. I'm here to help you resolve your concern.

 

 

You may be experiencing some web issues. In cases like this, we'll have to perform the basic troubleshooting. Let's start with logging into your account through a private browser. It's the best spot to isolate browser hiccups. These are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you can add a receipt successfully using the private browsing session, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the program. It's advisable to delete them now and then to avoid and fix web issues.

 

You can also use a different browser to narrow down issues like this.
