I have a my business works account but cannot seem to view on my iPhone with an App?

Your mobile app’s overloaded stored files might have been causing the issue. To check, you clear the app’s data through the steps below:

  1. Select Menu at the top right corner. 
  2. Choose Help &Feedback.
  3. Select Refresh Data and Refresh. 


If this won’t work, you can uninstall and reinstall the app.
