I have a subscription but it says I don't then I re subscribe and says I already am. Won't let me do anything.

Have you tried logging in to your QBO accounts? If you're able to log in before, we can review the billing and subscription to ensure the payment has been processed. Here's how:

4. Click View payment history to view the last 6 months’ bills.

This happens when the current browser you're using has a temporary issue with the program.
