I have already connected my bank on my desktop, it’s asking me to connect again within the app?

I'd be glad to share with you some information about connecting your bank with QuickBooks, @rob-pinewoodjoin.

 

Usually, there will be a prompt to connect your bank through the app even if you are already connected to your desktop. When your accounts are connected, QuickBooks automatically downloads your bank transactions.
