I have cancelled but Quick books keep taking paymentsTried to contact via email, messages and phoneAny one been able to get a refund?

We can check if you're able to successfully cancelled your account, shirleyannoneonl.

 

You can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. From the Billing & Subscription, you should see there the Resubscribe button.
  3. If not, you'll see there the Cancel subscription button which means the account is still active. Click it and steps on the screen to cancel your subscription.

If it's already cancelled, please reach out again to our Customer Support Team. They're the only who can check your account to see why you're being charged. Simply go to Help and select Contact us.
