I have just bought a subscription. I have returned to the app and my account is now stating its a cancelled company and the subscription is applied to a fresh account

Your subscription is applied to a new account because you may have created a fresh account when you bought the subscription or logged in to another company. With this, you'll want to verify if you have access to the right company or double-check if you used accurate credentials when logging in.

 

Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care Team for further assistance. They have tools to check your account securely and your current subscriptions. Here's how: 

 

  1. From the Search tab, click Contact Us.
  2. Enter your question and select Continue.
  3. Review and Select from the following: Have us call you or Chat with us.
