I have never accessed my quick books through my laptop , I set up my account on my phone , I tried to log on with my laptop , but it just says the account does not exist

Please first check that you're using the correct login option for your subscription type. 

If you're subscribed to QuickBooks Online (including Simple, Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced) you can login here.
