I have some queries regarding cancelling my subscription to QBO and Advanced Payroll. How much notice do I need to give? Do I still have access to my data?

QuickBooks is a monthly subscription paid in advance - you can cancel anytime following our guide here, and will have regular access until your next usual billing date. After this, you'll be able to log in and have read-only access for a year, during which you can pick up where you left off if you decide to come back by re-subscribing within the settings.
