I appreciate what you've done so far, Maddi. Let's work together to ensure you can access all your company in QuickBooks.

Let's perform other troubleshooting steps so you can successfully switch between your accounts. If you're using the QuickBooks mobile app, let's clear the app's data to reset it to its default state. This process will free up storage without deleting your app documents and data.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to Settings, then tap General.
  2. Press iPhone Storage, then select the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Click Offload app.

If you still have the same result, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app and you can also access your QuickBooks Online account through any supported web browser.

However, if you're using a web browser from your iPad, I suggest using another browser to verify if it's a browser data issue. Let's access QuickBooks through a private browser that doesn't keep your browsing history, which can lead to page issues.

You can use the following shortcut keys below:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift N
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If the issue persist, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team. Our representatives have the tools to access your account and report it to our engineers. This way, they'll be able to conduct an investigation.

Moreover, I've added this helpful resource that you can use as a guide to ensure your transactions are in the right account: Categorise bank transactions in the QuickBooks Online app.

I'll be here to keep an eye to your response if you have questions about managing your subscription in QuickBooks. Have a good one.
