I just signed with a 90% discount offer for 4 months on a simple start subscription but have still been charged £11.99. Who can I speak to, to help me resolve this?

So having had a look at this we can see your account has not been taken out with us at intuit directly but through a third party so either google play or itunes, so you will need to speak to them about your billing as we have no billing information for you as it is not done though us.

If you are opening the trial account, you will pay the regular rate. The discounted rate is only applicable when clicking the Buy button on a computer bowser.
