I'm on the 1 month trial but it's on sole trader I need to have simple start. I signed up via the app but it's not letting me do this.

    You may need to cancel the trial for Sole Trader first before switching to the Simple Start plan, neil58.

     

    Before you proceed with canceling your account. Please ensure to download all your Sole Trader transactions. This way, you'll have all the necessary data to transfer over to QuickBooks Online Simple Start smoothly and efficiently.

     

    Since you initially signed up through the app and are now interested in changing your subscription type, please follow the in-app prompts designed to guide you through the process.
