I’m paying my subscription through the apple store but I can’t use quick books because it says there is a problem and it seems impossible to contact anyone

Let's clear the app data in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Mobile App to isolate this issue. Let me guide you through the steps.

 

There are two ways you can clear the app data, either in your QBO mobile app:

  1. Go to the Menu ☰.
  2. Select Help & Feedback.
  3. Click Refresh Data.
  4. Then simply click Refresh

Or the other way which is in your device settings:

  1. Go to the Settings menu.
  2. Select Setting General iPhone Storage and choose an app that's taking up a lot of space. 
  3. Click Offload App to free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app.

In the meantime, I recommend accessing your QBO account on a regular web browser and renew your subscription from there.
