I’m trying to set up my company information. I’m in the Uk. It won’t accept my postcode

Make sure you are signing up for QBO UK version. You can try opening the link on your private/incognito browser to isolate the problem.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) uses the pre-built address data specific to the United Kingdom. To validate your address with the correct postcode, I suggest using this postcode finder: https://www.postoffice.co.uk/postcode-finder

 

Once verified, try setting up your company again. If the same thing happens, try accessing QBO on a private or incognito window. It'll help us check if this is a browser issue or not. 

 

You can use the keyboard shortcuts below:

 

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

 

If it works, clear your browser's cache to delete all the browsing history. You can also use other supported web browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.
