I'm using the android app and am registered and using features with subscription. But upon going onto laptop Quickbooks wants to keep registering me as a new user

Before we proceed, let's refresh the webpage you are currently viewing by clicking the refresh button located in the upper left corner of your browser. This will reload the page and its content, ensuring that you're viewing the latest version.
 
Also, have you tried accessing your account using a private window? This can help us identify if the issue is related to your current browser or not. Kindly utilize these shortcut keys to access your private window:
 
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N

 

If that works, let's return to your regular browser and clear its cache. Otherwise, open an alternative browser that's available for you.
 
You can also consider resetting your app data to remove any old sessions that may be interfering with the app's ability to function properly. To do this, you can click the Help menu, then select the Reset App Data option.
