I'm wondering why you have been taking £12 per month and another £5.99 for the same account.

You can consider utilizing the charge look-up tool provided in the article to help you locate and check where these charges came from and why: Look up a charge here

 

Then, you can proceed to fill out the fields that require the necessary information to search for the charge. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Select the mode of payment from the dropdown in the Payment method field.
  2. Enter your Account number and the Exact charge amount. Optionally, you can give the Sort code.
  3. Provide the exact date of the charge.
  4. Supply your reason why are you looking up this charge.
  5. Then, hit the Look up charge button.

 

Additionally, you can select the More actions dropdown to View Payment history.
