Question

I manage 5 companies on QB online on one log in. I have added a user to 3 of the new comps, but he cant see the them on his QB app ( he already has the original 2.

so he can see the original 2 companies on the app, but not the 3 new ones, he can see all companies on his laptop though

Can you please get them to fully uninstall the app and then reinstall the app and see if they then show up for them if not please let us know.
