I need help I can't add payroll to my subscription

I'd be happy to help you add payroll to your subscription, @mummydea-hotmail.

 

I'd like to know if you've encountered an error message that may hinder you from adding payroll service to your subscription? If yes, you can let us know in the comment section.

 

However, if there's no error, you can add a payroll subscription in the Account and Settings, specifically the Billing and Subscription tab. I'll show you how to do it.

 

  1. Go to the Settings or Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Click the Billing and Subscription tab. 
  3. Locate the Payroll service you'd like to add, then click Subscribe.
  4. Enter your card details to complete the process.

 

Once done, you'll be able to use the payroll services in your QuickBooks Online account.
