But before anything else, would you mind if I ask for any additional information about your issue? Here in the Community, we answer all your QuickBooks queries as long as it doesn't include any confidential information since this is a public forum. I want to help you with whatever issue you're encountering with your subscription so any additional information will be much appreciated.

 

However, if you persist to contact support to better isolate this since they have all the necessary resources, I'd be pleased to narrow down the steps how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon and select Contact us in the Search tab.
  2. From the What can we help you with field, enter your question.
  3. Click on Continue.
  4. Choose either Appointment, Callback, or Chat.
