I need to downscale my account due to losing lots of business from the USA. BUT CANT SEEM TO GET THROUGH TO ANYBODY at Quickbooks, live chat rubbish.

Is there an issue with the live chat as never puts me through to anybody and have been waiting for 3 hours?? Had the same problem yesterday

Hi hello203, thanks for joining the Community. We're not aware of any issues with the live chat, please try using the link here to access this. You can downgrade your plan to a lower QuickBooks Online subscription at any point by navigating to your settings (cog > account & settings > billing & subscriptions > downgrade your plan). Please note, QBO Simple Start doesn’t support multicurrency; if you currently have the multicurrency feature enabled, you won’t be able to switch to this plan.
