I need to downscale my account due to losing lots of business from the USA. BUT CANT SEEM TO GET THROUGH TO ANYBODY at Quickbooks, live chat rubbish.

You can downgrade your plan to a lower QuickBooks Online subscription at any point by navigating to your settings (cog > account & settings > billing & subscriptions > downgrade your plan). Please note, QBO Simple Start doesn’t support multicurrency; if you currently have the multicurrency feature enabled, you won’t be able to switch to this plan.
