I need to re subscribe. The instructions on the QuickBooks platforms do not lead one to the desired goal of re subscription. Please help thanks and merry Christmas

You’re on the right track of asking for help, @yoavyenon. I’ll provide you a step-by-step process of re-subscribing to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

QuickBooks Online allows you to re-subscribe within one year from the date of cancellation. If you have exceeded the timeframe, the system will automatically delete all the data in your QBO.

 

As soon as you sign into the QuickBooks Online company, you should be prompted to re-subscribe.

 

In your case, I suggest logging out of all your Intuit access. Right after, close the browser to refresh your system. Then, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Log in your company file at QuickBooks Online Company.
  2. From there you will be automatically routed to Billing & Subscription.
  3. Click the Re-subscribe button and follow the onscreen instruction.
