I need to update my subscription payment details but can’t access the billing & subscription tab. I’m the only user?

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

What exactly happens when you try to access your billing and subscription section in Quickbooks? 

 

Are you trying to access it on the app or the web broswer and which web browser are you using?

Hi Ashleigh,

 

on the desktop using Safari, I open Settings but the Billing & Subscription is pale grey and not selectable.

 

On the app it gives me a payment history but no way of changing the method of payment.

Hi Niall, Could you please try on google chrome and see if you still get the same things happening where it is greyed out for you? 

 

Also what kind of user type are you down as on the account?
