I recently disconnected from my Accountants, they gave control of my acc to me but now I cannot seem to do anything on my acc. Even looking at my subscription or paying.

How do I figure out how to regain control over my account? They had full control over it previously

I'll make sure you'll regain control over your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, @rex-gw40-gmail-c. This way, you can manage your account and the growth of your business accordingly.

When you're part of an accountant's wholesale billing (paying subscription directly to the accountant), you aren't the Primary Admin of your QBO account. Your company may haven't been totally removed from their plan, or they haven't successfully given you full control of your account. That's why you're unable to do anything on it (i.e., manage your subscription).

@Fiat Lux - ASIA is correct. With this, I'd recommend contacting your accountants again. This is to make sure they've removed you from their plan and transferred the primary admin access back to you.

Once everything is all set, you can go ahead and manage your QBO subscription. To do this, here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
  2. Go to the Gear icon,
  3. Select Account and settings.
  4. Choose Billing & subscription.
  5. Review the information in each section.

Also, to further guide you in managing your QBO account, whether you need to update the card on file, change your subscription, or just view your billing history, you can refer to this article: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online. It also includes answers to the most commonly asked questions about it.

Keep me posted in the comments if you have other concerns about managing your QBO account. I'm always ready to help. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @rex-gw40-gmail-c.

Ask your accountant to transfer the Primary Admin role to you.
