Question

I recently got a new phone and I have signed back into my quickbooks account and all my data has gone and its asking me to purchase a subscription again. Can anyone help?

I had to download the app again I've lost all data inside the app It's asking me to purchase another subscription even though u have a subscription.

I want to congratulate you on your new phone, but I also don't want to deflect the feeling of not being able to access your account. Let me help you out.

 

You can sign in to your Intuit account using your mobile browser and check your Products & billing section to see the list your list of QBO companies. Then, you'll want to click your company and select Go to QuickBooks to access it. After that, try re-installing your QBO app and sign in through it.

 

 

Alternatively, you may reach out to QBO Support, so they can get your account information in a more secure environment and check this for you. They have the tools on their end.

 

  1. Click on this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_GB/contact
  2. When you're prompted to choose a product, select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Choose Managing your account and then Managing your subscription.
  4. Select how you want to reach us. The chat support is available every day from 8 AM to 6 PM, UK Time.

 

If you bought QuickBooks from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you'll want to contact them instead.
