I signed up to the wrong subscription of quick books can this be changed? Needed to be for self assessment as im not VAT registered

Hi Hello-houseofche👋, You can not transfer from one to the other so it would be the case of cancelling the one you have taken out by going to the cog in the top right>account and settings>billing and subscription and cancel. Then you can take out the Self Employed subscription instead. If you took out a free 30-day trial it would just end after the 30 days. If possible we would recommend using a different email address when taking out the Self-Employed package. Any further queries on this just reply back to this thread we'd be happy to help😊
