I’ve cancelled my subscription as I’m now on mat leave but 2 more payments have been taken? I’ve asked for a call back but heard nothing....help

Hello kel_79,

 

Checking your account in the background this is still showing as active - please follow the steps below to cancel your Essentials subscription:

 

  1. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Select Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
  5. Follow the next steps.
  6. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
  7. Select Got it.
