Hi there, Allow me to help you to put you on the right path to make sure this gets resolved.

I'd suggest contacting our customer care team for them to check your account why it goes to the normal rate after the free trial, instead of the reduced rate for a few months. They have the necessary tools to assist you further in a safe and secure environment.

I'll show you how:

  1. Go to the Help icon and choose Search.
  2. Click the Contact Us button and enter your concern.
  3. Press Continue.
