Losing all data in QuickBooks Online isn't easy, @sb_mms. I've come to help you retrieve those lost transactions so you can get back to business in no time.

 

First, you'll want to ensure the correct account and login credentials. Otherwise, you can log in to your account using a web browser to verify if this data-related issue causes this problem.

 

In the meantime, let me guide you on how to remove the cache histories from your QBO app to sort out the issue with your transactions.

 

For iOS app:

 

  1. Go to Menu and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Refresh to confirm.

 

For Android app:

 

  1. Go to Menu, then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.
