I've logged in but I can not access any of my data.

Let's use a private window to check if the error is browser-related, mbkeeping.

 

Just press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard to go incognito.

 

Now, log back in to QuickBooks Online. If you're able to proceed, let's clear the browser's cache. Check this article for the detailed steps: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

 

You can also try to use a different browser.

 

If you're still unable to see your data, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks support. Here's how:

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter unable to see QuickBooks data, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select from Start messaging or Get a callback.
