Yes. This is possible in QuickBooks, alexconnollyhea
It can be that you're on the official plans and pricing page of QuickBooks when trying to switch to a different plan. That said, you'll be routed to create a new account.
We'll have to make sure that we are logged in on the expired account for us to have the option to either downgrade or upgrade. I'll show you how:
- Click the Gear icon, and then select Account and Settings.
- Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
- Select either Upgrade your plan or Downgrade your plan.
- Choose your new subscription and review what features will be added or go away with the new plan.
- Update your billing details.
