Welcome to the Community forum, @tonyrg76.

Let me guide you on how to set up VAT so you can track transactions, estimate payments and manage cash flow.

Before doing so, you'll need to prepare the following information:

  • VAT registration number
  • Filing frequency
  • VAT scheme
  • Current filing period

Once ready, you can now set up VAT. Here's how:

  1. From the left menu, click Taxes
  2. Choose Set Up Vat to activate VAT
  3. Fill in the fields needed, then hit Save.

To view VAT setting and codes, see below steps:

  1. From the left menu, click Taxes
  2. Choose the Edit VAT drop-down arrow.
  3. Pick Edit settings or Edit rates.

You can take a look at this article for more information about the process: Set up and edit VAT settings, VAT codes, and VAT rates.
