I want to cancel do i just remove the app from my phone?

Removing the QuickBooks app won't cancel your QuickBooks account. You'll need to cancel the subscription from where you purchased it. Let me guide you how.

If you subscribe to QuickBooks from iTunes & App Store, here's how to cancel it:

1. Go to the Settings on your iPhone or Ipad.
2. Select iTunes & App Store. Then, choose your Apple ID.
3. Click View Apple ID and enter your password.
4. Choose Subscription, then select QuickBooks Online.
5. Select Cancel.

However, if you're using an Android phone, you can go to the Play store app. Here's how:

1. Go to the  Play store app.
2. Click the Menu icon, then select Subscriptions.
3. Select the QuickBooks app.
4. On the Manage subscriptions window, select Cancel subscription.
