I want to export my data and cancel my subscription, but there is no data there

Thanks for posting on the community. 

It's simple to export data from QuickBooks to your local hard drive using our export tool - this contains lists of customers, suppliers and employees, as well as business reports and journals.

To export your report or list:

1. Select the Settings ⚙ icon from the tool bar.
2. Under Tools, select Export Data.
3. On the Reports tab, set the date range.
4. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
5. Select Export to Excel.
