I want to renew my subscription but its not allowing me?

It won't let me access where I need to to renew my subscription??

I can see how important for your business to renew the subscription. This lets you continue to perform any accounting tasks in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and track your business transactions.


When performing this task, make sure to open the company as the master administrator. Also, they’re the ones who have access to every part of the QuickBooks account and can manage admin tasks. For more details, check the following article: User roles and access rights.


Once you’ve signed in as the admin, follow these steps to renew your subscription. Here’s how:

 

  1. In QBO, head to the Gear icon in the upper right and select Account and settings under Your Company.
  2. Go to the Billing & Subscription menu on the left panel and click the Resubscribe link.
  3. Then enter the updated billing information.
  4. Press Subscribe.
