I want to view my online plus account on my laptop as I did before but for some reason I cannot now. It just opens up a new windows assuming I am a new user.

Unexpected behaviors when logging in to QuickBooks Online are usually caused by a browser-related issue. The stored cache can affect the performance of the program.

 

To resolve this, I'd recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online account via a private window. This helps us determine if there's an issue with the browser.  

 

Before proceeding, make sure to use the correct credentials when logging in. Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N 
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

 

If it works, let's clear the browser's cache. This removes its stored cache to ensure the program performs efficiently.
